Akras is an emerging artist whose main interest is social issues, focusing on public intervention. Hopeful Breeze is based on an educational theory of play-based learning. The true essence of this work can only be achieved through the interaction between the viewer and the work itself. The artist invites visitors at Bung Ta Lua Park to exercise by cycling on the structure resembling a carousel. The power from the cycling will be sent to rotate the large petal-shaped fans attached to the top of the central pole, generating wind that cools the cyclists below.

อคราสเป็นศิลปินรุ่นใหม่ผู้มีความสนใจในประเด็นทางความคิดเกี่ยวกับสังคม เช่น ความเสมอภาคและความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม Hopeful Breeze มีที่มาจากความสนใจในทฤษฎีทางการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ผ่านการเล่น สาระของผลงานชิ้นนี้จึงเกิดขึ้นได้จากปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างตัวชิ้นงานและผู้ชม ศิลปินเชื้อเชิญให้ผู้คนที่ผ่านไปมาในบริเวณสวนน้ำบุ่งตาหลั่วได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการออกกำลังกาย ด้วยการปั่นจักรยานที่ติดตั้งเอาไว้รอบโครงสร้างหลักแบบเครื่องเล่นม้าหมุน พลังงานจากการปั่นจะถูกส่งต่อไปขับเคลื่อนใบพัดรูปดอกไม้อันใหญ่ด้านบนเสาตรงกลางโครงสร้าง ทำให้เกิดแรงลมสร้างความเย็นสบายให้กับผู้คนที่กำลังปั่นจักรยานอยู่ด้านล่าง
